ECS UTSH is a residential facility that provides food, shelter, and wrap-around support services to chronically homeless single adults with mental health issues. Residents experience supportive communal living in an alcohol and drug-free environment. UTSH’s goal is to help adults feel confident in independent living and to assist them in navigating and securing permanent housing.
